Paul Worth
Paul has over 30 years experience in management and training, with roles in sales, hospitality, manufacturing and financial services. He has been involved in the start up of a number of businesses and in the training and development that comes with the expansion of these businesses, including training team leaders to train others. He is a practical, hands-on trainer and coach, whose passion is helping teams and individuals to structure their work practices to achieve their outcomes.
Paul has presented extensively to all levels of management and staff in a variety of areas including sales, technical and accounting. He presents on topics such as Frontline Management, Time Management, Workplace Organization and Customer Service.
Paul has completed the Diploma of Business (Frontline Management), the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and is an NLP practitioner. He is also trained as an Authentic Happiness Coach and is accredited to deliver Age Management Training (Dept of Employment & Workplace Relations).
Paul brings a practical and motivational side to our programs and consulting, always linking behaviour and results to the underlying “why” that comes from our values.
